Yes, you can get your kids to cut out the sodas - and gain less
Fri Sep 21, 2012
Easiest way to get your kids off of sugary drinks? Don't give the sugary stuff to them to begin with. *duh* Train their taste buds when they are young. My kid, if he gets fruit juice, he gets it WAY watered down and he doesn't get soda pop. If he's thirsty he gets low fat milk or water. Usually it's …
School's policy requires girls to take pregnancy tests

Based on some of these comments: 1) Elfried doesn't understand the Constitution or the Bill or Rights. 2) There are a lot of men on here who need to go live with the Taliban since they don't seem like they can control themselves if they see woman-flesh. They need to only be around burka and veil cla …
EPA planes spying on ranchers? Lawmakers want answers
Thu May 31, 2012
People here aren't very smart it seems. Airspace above your house isn't 'restricted' like it would be above the White House. A government agency can use any means to find out if your are VIOLATING LAWS without going on your property. Means they can fly over your house, drive by your house, walk alo …

Well maybe because when you factor in what some of make per hour, waiting 15 minutes in line isn't worth our time to save 2 or 3 dollars. Plus I wouldn't eat the meat or produce from there. And they have no fresh fish counter.

I've read "The Jungle"....and recall the hullabaloo about acid rain, and the Love Canal (and any one of other toxic cities in the US...vermiculite mining in Montana, St Louis River Estuary in Minnesota, that leaded city in ...Kansas?....the Houston Ship Canal (heck....that used to spontaneously ligh …
Cops: Missing Mich. boys' dad lied about woman
Mon Nov 29, 2010
I garee, if you've been hurt/are hurting and know how it feels, how can you inflict that pain on someone else? It doesn't come down to yourself hurting in your heart, it comes down to revenge and wanting to hurt someone who hurt you. Stupid idiots. And Sorry to say Grandma, more than likely those b …
One 'Loser' gets no love from home
Tue Nov 16, 2010
I would say you could lay the parent's attitude at the doorstep of culture. Girl's are valued less than boys, and if all these things kept happening to her brothers when she's around and they die/get hurt and she's okay? Who else would a supersticous anti-female biased person blame it on?
Oh nuts! Must pregnant women avoid peanuts too?
Tue Nov 2, 2010
Let's see, ate peanut butter, not a whole lot, while pregannt. My son had peanut butter at 4 months, no reaction. He's been eating eggs, milk and wheat products since then too. Heck, I drank wine and coffee, ate blue cheese, lunch meat, sushi and all sorts of other 'stay away from' foods when pre …

Any information you can provide on exertion migraines? I have no clue where to start to seek potential treatment. I stopped working out since I was taking like 6 extra strength tylenol after each work out just to keep my headaches to a dull roar. Now i can walk at a 3 mph pace for as little as half …
